Yes. While completing the order form be sure to add your company PO number to the PO input box. Once the order is submitted and you are redirected to check out, you will be able to manually bypass credit payment by selecting the "Manual Payment" option. Manual Payment allows us to send you an invoice for your company to pay via check or direct deposit, rather than directly with a credit card at the time of order. This way you can do whatever works best for you!

If you place an express turnaround order and we are unable to return the order to you within 4 days after submission, we promise to refund your order the difference between our express rate and standard rate for the applicable preps ordered. We will still work hard to prepare your preps as quickly as possible. We know how valuable your time can be in a research setting and believe you should not have to pay for a service that you did not receive in its entirety.

Plasmid cloning is a magical science, however, as much as we wish we could make every single plasmid that you dream of, cloning can be as unpredictable as it is magical. Therefore, we will attempt every plasmid construct to the best of our abilities. However, if after multiple attempts, and it still doesn't work, we will offer you a refund!
