Packing Instructions
1) Print the order confirmation page or email that you receive right after submitting an order
2) Aliquot your plasmids into strip tubes as shown in the graphic
3) Label the tubes numerically, corresponding to your earlier text submission
4) Ship to us or drop off at one of our dropboxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover shipping costs for this process at this time.
Shipping orders to you
Once your order is ready to go, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number so you can follow along on your plasmid's journey back home. All orders are shipped priority overnight via FedEx or UPS. Shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
express turnaround refunds
Due to biology's unpredictable nature, we offer refunds on express orders that do not meet the promised production timeframe.
If we are unable to provide you with an express turnaround, we will refund your order the difference between the standard and express rates, and work as efficiently as possible to get you your plasmid preps as soon as possible.
